We strongly encourage that you book an appointment with us so we have sufficient time to provide quality service for every customer at Serene Wax Boutique.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we would appreciate that you call us in advance to cancel. In order to secure your reservation, we ask for credit card to put on file and if you do not make your reservation and you do not call, you will be charged the full service price.
